Nuvali in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is an eco-friendly community (or communities since there’s a lot of villages being developed). It is a project collaboration between the Ayala and Yulo family. The 1,860 hectare, which is actually a former sugarcane fields is now being
transformed into a prime sustainable large-scale community. It is envisioned to be the countrys first eco-community development in the Philippines.
